At Panther Creek Road, we take great pride in our dogs. We make sure that all of our puppies are very well socialized, healthy, and happy.
Not all breeders raise their puppies the same way that we do. We want to insure a good home for our puppies, and to do what is best for them, as they are growing up.
All my puppies will have their 1st vaccinations and wormer. They are all non shedding and will make wonderful pets.
We hope you get to know us better through our website. We are licensed with the state of Missouri, and we have regular inspections.
Here at Panther Creek Road we are small in quantity but large in quality. All of our Poodles, and Bichons are raised with the utmost of care. They are all AKC registered.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our very best to answer all of your questions and to provide references and suggestions if needed.

We purchased two beautiful, healthy and loving Bichon Poodles from Cindy. We came all the way out from California to pick up Tater Tot and Boomer, who was renamed to Mochi.
Cindy was a pleasure to work with as she answered all my questions promptly and made the adoption process easy. We received two happy, healthy and sweet puppies (aka ‘little boys’) and they are a great addition to our family and bring us a lot of joy. Thank you Cindy and Panther Creek for all the love and care you gave Tater Tot and Mochi. I highly recommend Cindy and Panther Creek if you are looking to purchase a puppy!
We purchased two Bichons from Panther Creek. We are from Missouri and were able to pick them up in person, and we were very surprised at how well they behaved in the car for the 3 hour drive home. They are both super sweet and were already very well socialized when we got them. Potty training was also a breeze as they already seemed to be used to going potty outside. We would definitely buy from here again!

We purchased Elliot, a Bichon Puppy from Panther Creek and it was the best decision! I am lucky enough to live only an hour away and met in person to pick up our fur baby. Cindy was so quick to respond and so helpful with any questions I had. He is the perfect picture of a good health, energy and adorableness! You can definitely tell they put extra care and love in their puppies from day one.

I purchased Lucy (Muffin), an 8 week old maltipoo puppy from Panther Creek and it was definitely the right decision. Ms. Cindy was wonderful to work with. I was very nervous purchasing on the internet but she made me feel at ease and answered all of my questions and phone calls. Lucy arrived at the airport crated safely and in great condition. She was clean, healthy and very sweet. All of her vaccination history, chip registration and extra food was with the crate. She’s six months old now and just a beautiful dog. I often take her to work with me in a professional setting and she just goes from lap to lap.
I can’t thank Ms. Cindy and Panther Creek enough. I would definitely purchase from her again.
Picked up my beautiful toy poodle puppy Chuck (who we renamed Charlie Brown) a month ago and he is such a wonderful addition to our family! Cindy was so great to work with and answered all of my questions and relieved any concern that I had regarding shipping, food, etc. The process of payment was seamless and all went through PayPal so I didn't have to worry about a thing. While I certainly have my hands full now with a 16 week old little guy, I am happy to say we received a healthy and happy puppy from Cindy. I would definitely recommend her to others who are looking for a toy poodle 🙂
Our family had a wonderful 1st experience in purchasing online for our first Bichon - Max!! He was flown to NJ to live with us 🙂 He was in excellent condition, very happy little boy. Our Vet was commenting on how well taken care of he was prior to us adopting him. After several calls/emails to Cindy, she was always available to answer all of our questions prior to the purchase. We found two 4 month old Westies on Puppyfind for sale by Cindy Elliot. We contacted her. She was informative, helpful and answered all of our questions. We had intended to get one. When we got there, Cindy was great. And, everything she said about the dogs was true. They were clean, well adjusted, fun, full of life and well socialized. We took them both. We can not say enough good things about Cindy or the quality of the dogs that she provided for us. These dogs are well treated. To make sure, we took them to our vet. He found nothing to do, they were up on all shots and in great shape. Cindy asked us to send photos from time to time. Gladly. I would rate Cindy and her pups as a 100 out of 100. The entire process was a pleasure. We highly recommend CIndy. B
I did NOT want to get a dog from the internet due to all the bad wraps I've seen over the years. But a breeder I was was going to purchase from, that I thought was reputable didn't work out. I am BLESSED that it didn't. Cindy both called and emailed me several times and answered all my questions. "Theo" now Saul, is everything I could of hoped for. He came clean, well adjusted, and absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Highly recommend Cindy. We WILL be back 🙂
